These Terms govern your use of the Tiki Blast mobile game. By downloading or playing Tiki Blast you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tiki Blast for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

2. Virtual items and purchases

The game includes virtual coins, lives and boosters with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed, not sold, to you. Optional in-app purchases are final once completed, except where a refund is required by law or by the app store's policies. Manage and request refunds through Google Play.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the game or its services.

4. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim for a smooth experience but provide the game "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiki Blast is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
